Q Where does your stock come from and is it new ?
 
A We offer two classes of stock, brand new and retail packaged, just as you would find it in a shop, and quality used ex-corporate hardware.
New products like those purchased from any other wholesale supplier are either bought direct from the UK manufacturer or imported from overseas.
The laptops and tower systems we offer are top quality, major brand name used ex-corporate units that large companies need to sell off when they upgrade the equipment that their staff use. Their upgrade process is a continual one, with most companies changing their laptops and systems every 2 to 6 years. Some companies have many thousands of units in service and all of these will be replaced periodically. This is not a fact that many people are aware of but it happens - week in week out and is how most of the second user equipment sold in the UK finds it's way to the market.

Through this process we have continual access to hundreds of laptops and systems of many varied specifications, from older Pentium 2 models right up to Pentium 4 and Centrino laptops.

Q Can I talk to someone face to face ?
 
A Yes you can. Unlike some we don't just provide you with a P.O. Box or an email address, we are more than happy to meet with you and discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have, just call us to arrange an appointment on 0845 463 8027....the calls are even charged at local rate.

Once I am up and running am I limited to the amount of stock I can purchase ?
 

A No, you will have full access to any amount of stock that you require though your chosen business platform, there are no minimum amounts that you need to order.

Q From making a payment, how long does it take to set up my business ?
 
A You can begin ordering and selling products within just a few hours. On receipt of your order we will send you a welcome email containing trade price lists relating to your chosen business platform together with helpful tips and guidance on where to start. This information will allow you to begin selling products on eBay, Amazon and Ebid etc. whilst your website is being produced by our professional designer. It takes us approximately 2 to 5 working days to complete the website design and upload process at our end.

Q What else happens after I purchase my business start-up package ?
 
A Once we have processed your order we will send you a simple questionnaire to complete together with a paper copy of our current trade price lists for your choice of business platform.

Q Why must I fill in a questionnaire and what questions are asked in it ?
 
A So that we can set up and register your domain, we need to know certain basic details about you and the style of website you require. The web design questionnaire asks you simple questions that give us the information we need in order to design and customise your website for you. Questions asked include your name, contact details and your choice of domain name for the website etc.  The questionnaire is very straight forward and easy to complete and of course we are just a call away to give you help and advice as you need it.

Q How do I attract visitors to my site and can I sell these products by other means ?
 
A

One of the easiest ways to attract visitors to your site is to list your site with search engines, this can be done free of charge on lots of search engines (including Google) and only takes a few minutes per engine. The support information provided with your business platform includes a comprehensive list of search engines so that you can begin getting your site listed, we will also give you general help and advice on other website traffic building activities such as banner exchange, affiliate schemes, email advertising, town & city portals, advertising on educational sites etc. You are free to sell your products by any means that you want including direct sales, local advertising, and online auction sites. These are very popular ways to build initial sales and also help increase the volume of traffic to your site which in turn then becomes more visible to other buyers.

Q Is there any more to pay ?
 
A

The fee you pay covers all the design, set up, advice & support and most importantly full access to the stock as described in the page covering your chosen platform together with domain name registration and web hosting charges for the first year. After your first year is up we would hope that you renew with us for a second year, on renewal you will be asked to pay for the next twelve months service which will again include all the relevant support.

The only other charges we make would be for the stock you order or if you order any optional service that is not described as included in your chosen business platform.
